the UK Kuk Sool Won Championships take place in Liverpool on Novemer 25th 2017

We have access to the online entry system now to make things much easier. Please contact us if you are interested in competing/attending.

We have launched a Womens Self defence course package over 6 weeks which we are currently running and is proving a big success. We can deliver this course at any venue/location, so if you are interested please email us for details.

The first batch of our club Tshirts should be with us very soon! Over 60 ordered so far.

Well done to all our competitors who won an astonishing amount of medals between them and to our DBN's who tested towards their blackbelt over the weekend!

Congratulations to all our students who competed and represented Lakenheath and Cambridge at the Tournament.

We came an impressive 7th place with only 19 students competing!

For some students it was their first tournament and all did exceptionally well , displaying a high standard.

KSN James Morton and KSN Jose Garcia achieved the status of Grand Champion in the six categories they entered, a fantastic achievement!
